Dear Timur, "Almaty - Khorgos" road section of "Western Europe - Western China"International Transit Corridor will start from Almaty-Oskemen road 25 km and passing between Almaty-Kokpek and Kapshagai reservoir bypassing all the settlements, not reaching Shelek settlement it passes the existing "Almaty-Kokpek-Koktal" road and after bypassing Shelek village it crosses existing "Almaty-Kokpek-Koktal" road and goes along the "Ili" river to the "Tashkarasu" village. After bypassing "Tashkarasu" village it passes the existing "Almaty-Kokpek-Koktal" road.

The Ali village is located to the north of "Almaty-Khorgos" road under construction at the distance of approximately 17 km from the axis of the road. This road does not pass through this settlement.

Since "Almaty-Khorgos" road refers to road category I, as well as the entire transit corridor, the intersection with the settlements is not permitted under SNIP RK 3.03-09-2006, bypass will be arranged in all settlements.
