Good day, in response to question 331, you have writen that Tamerlan bypass section will be completed in the third quarter of 2015. At the same time there is information in the media that from January 2015 Kyzylorda - Shymkent road will become toll road. Can the incomplete section be a part of the toll road?

Dear Marat, the section can become a part of the toll road only after the completion of road section construction and final taking over by the State Commission.
