I am a head of the farm located in Bayserke District. WE-WC Road passes through the territory of our farm, and three hectares of land were seized from us. As a result, farm land was divided into two sections. As a result, we will have the problem of watering the northern part of the plot. Where can I clarify whether there will be provided facilities for the passage of water from the top to the bottom of the plot. It is also necessary for the road operation. In case if there will not be such structures there will be accumulation of water along the road. This is in the eastern part of Bayserke village immediately after crossing the railroad.

Dear Tumenbai, having considered your request regarding irrigation of north side of section and water collection along constructing road, we inform the following.
- For irrigation of north part of agricultural area, the construction of pipe culvert at irrigation channel at PK 59+15 is considered
- In order to avoid the water collection along the constructing road, the construction of side water drainage ditches will be performed with their further diversion to PK 65+91.
