How do you do! I am going to have a trip in April to Shymkent using the new Western Europe-Western China highway. Reviews of the Kazakhstan traffic police work are frightening very much, especially in Southern Kazakhstan. Cars from Russia are stopped with or without reasons and begin to extort money by all means. Many drivers because of this problem do not want to go to Kazakhstan. What measures will be taken to eliminate such cases on the International Highway? Thank you...
