How do you do! I would like to know about the length of the "Western Europe - Western China" transit corridor road in Kazakhstan more precisely from the city of Aktobe to Zhambyl (Taraz), how much is (distance) in km. And could you please tell me the condition of the road, whether the construction is completed between cities of Aktobe and Taraz. Thanks in advance.

Dear Kairat, please be informed that the total length of the "Western Europe - Western China" corridor in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan is 2787 km, including the distance from Aktobe to Taraz - 1726 km.

To date, works from Aktobe to Shymkent are fully completed, condition of the road is good, reconstruction of section from Shymkent to the border of Zhambyl region is being held, and putting into operation is scheduled in the current year of 2015. Works from the border of South Kazakhstan region to Taraz are completed, the state of the road is good.
