How do you do! I have own shop in Chilik along the old highway, now construction works are close to it, and from a conversation with the workers it became clear to me that my shop will be demolished, but I have not been officially notified, I have all the documents available. Could you please tell me where shall I refer for clarifications, because I will lose not only income, but many other losses.

Dear Irina, to date, there is no need for the demolition of shop under "Almaty-Khorgos" project because the Committee has already acquired land plots for construction purposes. If acquisition of your plot will be required, raion Akimat will issue a notification in accordance with the legislation.
