Question №378
July 7, 2015
Ravilya Ibrayeva | Almaty

How do you do! I would like to ask when Almaty-Kapchagai road will be put into operation. The road is being constructed for the second year, as they say in all media day and night, but the result is not visible it seemed to me only kilometers 10 out of 60 km is completed, is it difficult to construct 60 km of the road in one year? Even to simple layman it is clear that the money is spent not on purpose, because if you make primitive calculations and divide 60,000 meters of the road for 260 days it turns out that per day you have to pave 230 meters, I believe that with modern technology it is quite realistic plan but in fact it turns out that for the year with a very generous funds actually nothing has been done. This is pure money-laundering and "pocketing" them in someone's pockets. And people suffer, who want to go in summer and relax on the shore of Kapchagai. People spend at least 2.5 hours on road, it's terrible. Who is controlling the issue of budgetary funds expenditure, can you provide an interim report in the media, and how much is spent on works, what has been done and when will the road be completed and put into operation???
