Could you please tell me whether the second tranche was received from the Islamic Development Bank? If so where we can find details on the amount and terms of the agreement?

Dear Serik, a second tranche from the IDB has not been received since agreement in financial terms was not reached, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan refused to borrow loan because of the high interest rates in comparison with other International Financial Institutions.
