I'm interested in the question, along this road there is an idea to put a small cafe or snack bar with overnight accomodation. Whom shall I ask the land plot?? Will they give it? Where we can read instructions for obtaining such plots for these needs?

Dear Asset, regarding the allocation of land plots for construction of roadside service facilities the oblast akimats are authorized. Concerning the issuance of technical conditions (permission for construction of roadside service facilities), contact the branches of "NC" Kazavtozhol" JSC.
