Overall 850 land plots and real estate have been subjected to the acquisition all over the region except for “Temirlan By-Pass”. Out of them 299 were purchased in 2009-2010. 39 land plots are the state property.
From February 1, 2011 to May 16, 2011 the agreements have been signed for the purchase with 141 owners. Compensation has been paid for 137 of them. Purchase of the rest four is planned to make at the nearest. Thus, as per the status for May 17 of the current year overall 235 land plots and real estate have not purchased, including Evaluation Acts for 63 of them. Evaluation is required to make for 108 land plots and real estate, including mortgaged (2), subjected to evaluation (27) and which are under consideration with court agencies (35).
The Act of the Republic “About state property” was enforced on March 10, 2011, in accordance with which acquisition is carried out during six months after notification, but not twelve, as it had been before. In case of disagreement with evaluation, the owner has the right to apply for trial. As for the lands, leased from the state, they are evaluated while acquisition regarding their cadastre cost. Residential objects, other buildings and structures are purchased regarding their market cost.
