These days members of both Houses of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan are in the regions in order to clarify laws adopted by the Parliament in the current session. During the trip they meet with voters, attend social facilities and leading regional enterprise sector. Particular attention is paid to the performance of Government programs. Along with discussion of issues about adopted main financial documents of the country, in particular the laws "On Republican Budget for 2013-2015", "On Republican Budget for 2014-2016"; many of them visited the sites of Republican roads.

In November 29, 2013 a group of Deputies of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan arrived in Aktobe oblast, inspected the completed sections of the "Western Europe - Western China" International Transit Corridor, including "Northern Bypass of Aktobe" and "Aktobe - Martuk – border of Russian Federation (to Orenburg)".

As noted during the meetings, this project is of great importance in terms of region’s development. Considerable impetus is given to the development of small and medium business, service industry and other sectors of the economy.

Representatives of Aktobe oblast branch of "NC"KazAvtoZhol" JSC told deputies about new technologies used in the construction of highways in the region, including the project "Western Europe - Western China", about applicable construction materials and local content. Today the road sector is entirely supplied by domestic products, they mentioned.

The same day, Mr. Serik Ospanov, Deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan, visited "Beyneu - Shetpe" section under reconstruction in Mangistau oblast, where he met with the management of Contractors involved in the construction, i.e. ALSIM Alarko and "Niaz Muhammad" LLP. Based on the results of construction works, the meeting was held, where proposal has been made for improving of the quality of work performed.
