- As per the distributed information, supposedly, the road “Kyzylorda – Horgos” will be with 4 lanes. However, it is not mentioned anywhere who and when will reconstruct for the first category the road section from junction to Otar in Zhambyl Oblast to Almaty city. I do not have in mind the section with the length of 40 km of the first technical category while approaching to Almaty city. I would like to know, will this section remain as two-lane one?
